Processing time: Due to COVID-19, delivery times can be expected to delay. It will take approximately 7 - 14 days to process your order (this does not include shipping times). Orders are usually fulfilled once a week.

You will receive an email with a tracking number after it's been processed and dispatched.

Transit Times Information

To be safe it is a good idea to allow at least 1 extra day since transit time is an approximation based upon when the order arrives at the delivery service's sort facility (not when the order is placed). Various factors can affect actual delivery time from weather to sorting delays within the shipping service network.

About International Shipping:

Shipping is calculated based on above rate plus an additional 30% of the order subtotal. Orders that contain items 24 inches or more in width or height AND that cannot be shipped in a tube, may be more. Recipient is responsible for any additional duty fees and taxes imposed by the destination country.

International transit averages 2 weeks but can take longer in some instances if delayed in customs. The destination country may require the recipient to pay custom fees or VAT (Value Added Tax) which is determined by that country. U.S. rates apply when shipping via the postal service to Hawaii, Alaska, APOs, and FPOs unless size and weight restrictions occur.

I will contact you prior to processing for approval of any additional charges or if there are any issues with shipping large prints outside the U.S.

  • Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
    I can't guarantee that I'll be able to make changes to your order as I start working on your order as soon as it is placed but please contact me at katelevinagallery@gmail.com and I'll do my best!
  • How do I know if my order has shipped?
    Once I have finished preparing your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped, the email will also include your tracking number if available.
  • Customs and import taxes
    Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order as buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
  • Damaged Items
    If an item damaged during shipment, contact me at katelevinagallery@gmail.com within a week of receiving your damaged print so that I can make the appropriate arrangements to have the damaged items refunded or replaced. To expedite the process please take some photos of the outer packaging, damaged prints/products.
  • Returns Policy
    I am unable to offer returns, exchanges or cancellations at this time but if there are any problems with your order please don't hesitate to contact me.

    Please ensure that the shipping address you enter is correct as I can not be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

    Refused shipments will not be issued a refund as the package won't be returned to me.
