— My giclée prints are made from sustainable 100% cotton paper and printed with archival inks. At 300gsm and 19.5 mil, it has a substantial feel and weight. the cold-press texture of paper adds a real drawing affect.

— What makes a print giclée all comes down to the quality of the inks, paper, and resolution of the artwork. Giclée prints are often printed with professional inkjet printers that are able to match color and apply ink precisely to match the original artwork as closely as possible, giving you a print that looks like it was hand painted by the artist themselves!

— What kind of canvas you use?

— For canvas, I use primarily poly cotton blend canvases by Breathing Color specially coated to receive the inks. The canvas has an oxford weave giving it a natural canvas texture.

— What do I do if my order was lost or damaged during shipping?

— If this occurs, please contact me by e-mail via my contact page so that I can make arrangements as required. In some instances of damaged prints, UPS will pickup the damaged print so make sure that the print is available in the original package for pickup by UPS. With lost prints, it may require an additional several days depending on the time frame the order was shipped in the instance an order is running late or transit information has not been updated by the courier.
